Customize the tabbed Charts view
The Unisphere Performance Management application enables the user to gather, view, and analyze performance data to troubleshoot and optimize the storage systems.
About this task
There are several ways to customize the way that charts are displayed on the tabbed Charts view.

Tabs can be closed by selecting the "X" button on the tab. There must be at least one tab available.
Steps

When in the tabbed Charts view, and without any individual charts that are selected, do one, or more, of the following:
- Add a chart:
- If the New Chart menu is not already open, in the Charts view click Add Charts.
- Create a chart. For more information, see Charts view.
- Create a tab for charts:

- Save the Charts view as a dashboard:
- Click

- In the Save as Dashboard dialog box, type a Dashboard Title.
- Click Save.
- Click
- Save the Charts view as a runbook (All Charts in the tab must all be for the same category, Object, and time period.):
- Click
- In the Save as Runbook dialog box, type a Runbook Name.
- Click OK.
- Save the Charts view as a PDF or PPTX file:
- Click . The file format depends on the report_type value set in . The options available for Chart Report Type are PDF and PowerPoint.
- Save the Charts view as a PDF or PPTX file, with data included in an additional table:
- Click . The file format depends on the report_type value set in . The options available are PDF and PowerPoint.
- Remove all charts from the Charts view:
- To select all charts, click

- Adjust the number of columns that are displayed in the Chart view:
- From the columns menu, select a graphic corresponding to the number of columns you want.
- Add a chart:

When in the tabbed Charts view, and with an individual chart selected, do one, or more, of the following:
- Copy a chart to another tab:
- Click
- In the Copy charts to existing tab dialog box, select a tab.
- Click OK.
- Move a chart to another tab:
- Click
- In the Move charts to existing tab dialog box, select a tab.
- Click OK.
- Save the Charts view as a runbook (All the charts in the tab must be for the same category, object, and time period.):
- Click
- In the Save as Runbook dialog box, type a Runbook Name.
- Click OK.
- Save the Charts view as a PDF or PPTX file:
- Click . The file format depends on the report_type value set in . The options available for Chart Report Type are PDF and PowerPoint.
- Save the Charts view as a PDF or PPTX file, with data included in an additional table:
